Promote
undergraduate, graduate and faculty research by providing
scholarships, fellowships, research seed grants, and summer
internships.

Promote
research collaborations between educational institutions and NASA
Field Centers. Provide information to consortium institutions on
NASA programs and grants.

Establish
a database of aeronautics and space-related projects and principal
investigators in North Carolina. Work with SERCH as facilitators for
this information.

Coordinate
with the International Space University to host a summer session in
North Carolina.

Participate
in the activities of the NC Space Initiative.

Coordinate
with other NASA Space Grant Consortia, EPSCOR {or} and other
agencies with similar objectives.
