• CS CO-Ops are coordinated by Career Services & the Computer Science Department
• Must Co-Op two terms (typically co-op tour -- return to campus --- co-op tour)
• Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or better
• Must have earned at least 60 semester hours
• Must have passed the CS proficiency exam
• Positions are paid (full-time = 40 hrs wk; part-time = 20 hrs wk or more)

                                    PROCEDURES
    (Start the process 6mo - 1yr before desired CO-OP term)

1.  Prepare your resume' and give it to Dr. Jones for approval
2. Submit approved resume' to the CO-OP coordinator
3. Complete required seminars in Career Services
4. Sign up in Career Services for interviews and interview for positions
5. When placed by CO-Op staff, complete Learning Contract and make an appointment with Dr. Jones to discuss the Learning Contract and assessment schedule
6. Register for CSC 3691 or other approved CS CO-OP course
7. Assessments: weekly e-mail status reports to Dr. Jones, supervisor final evaluation and final report (Co-op Director and Dr. Jones), final seminar (CS Dept.)
